She works in the field of civil law, mostly company law and trade law. She gives legal advice and assistance in the negotiation and preparation of all types of corporate contracts, as well as Court litigation and arbitration proceedings.
She acts as a professional mediator at the Conciliation Body, Florence, which has been accredited by the Ministry of Justice.
