She works in the field of civil law, especially trade law, bankruptcy law, banking law, and real estate, as well as out-of-Court and Court litigation also arbitration, and gives contractual advice to enterprises.
She also works in the field of administrative litigation in partnership with Studio Cugurra - Pontiroli - Molinari - Masi in Parma and with Studio Lemme in Rome.
Since 1997, she has been a Lecturer of the "Ius&Law" Course for the training and preparation of trainees qualifying as lawyers, first at its offices in Parma and then (since 2000) in Florence, for which she also took care of its opening.
