He comes from the working team of Studio Calamandrei, Barile, Cheli, Enriquez Agnoletti.
Since 1975, he has had offices in Milan and Florence.
He has pursued his profession, within both the contractual and litigation ambit, in the fields of trade law and company law, in Italy and many foreign countries, with a vast network of personal and professional relationships.
He now works as a consultant, providing his wide experience to his younger colleagues.
